Eneco in Huis: centralising the servicing, installation and rental of energy products
In December Eneco in Huis started as a one-stop-shop for servicing, installation and rental of energy products such as boilers, heat pumps and central heating systems. The organization will continue as an independent subsidiary of Eneco. This will offer greater flexibility in the face of the rapidly changing energy market and its impact on customers’ energy requirements and how they heat their homes. Its energy products and services will follow market developments so that customers always have a warm and comfortable home.
Eneco in Huis evolved from various services that Eneco already offered: servicing and maintenance, but also renting home heating products. By bundling all these activities within one new organization, we combine our know-how and expertise of installation and maintenance in the customer’s home, which will help us to improve our efficiency. Eneco in Huis can also adjust more quickly to new developments in the market for products and customer requirements, as well as changing laws and regulations. This way we can provide consumers, housing corporations and business customers with comprehensive services and make their homes safe and warm.
Partnership
Eneco in Huis will continue to work in close partnership with Eneco to bring about a climate-neutral future. With this in mind, the company will focus not only on warm and comfortable homes and affordable energy bills for customers, but also on electrifying homes and reducing gas consumption. An example is the use of e-boilers: an attractive option that ensures hot water at all times without requiring any gas. For homes fitted with solar panels, the perfect solution is an e-boiler that runs on solar: by using self-generated electricity, it also provides a financial benefit. Representatives of Eneco in Huis can advise and assist customers.

Customers who already dealt with Eneco for servicing, maintenance and renting energy products recently received individual communications about the switch to Eneco in Huis. Their contracts will remain in place, with the same reliable standard of service.
