Jeroen de Haas will resign as chairman of the Board of Management of Eneco Groep N.V.

The Supervisory Board of Eneco Groep N.V. hereby announces that agreement has been reached in close consultation with chairman of the Board of Management Jeroen de Haas, regarding his resignation as CEO on 1 September 2018. The process of recruiting a new chairman of the Board of Management has been initiated.

The Supervisory Board would like to express its sincere appreciation for the very important part that Jeroen has played in the development and implementation of Eneco Groep's sustainable strategy.

Jeroen de Haas (1959) has held the position of chairman of the Board of Management of Eneco Holding N.V. and Eneco Groep N.V. respectively, since 1 January 2007. He was appointed as member of the Board of Management in July 2000.
