Frans van de Noort will leave as COO of Eneco as of 1 April 2023

The Supervisory Board of Eneco and Frans van de Noort, Chief Operations Officer (COO), jointly announce that they have decided in good consultation that Frans will be leaving the company with effect from 1 April 2023. 

After having worked for Eneco for a total of twelve years, the last six of which in the position of COO, Frans will be taking the next step in his career outside Eneco. The Supervisory Board expresses its great appreciation and gratitude for the enormous commitment and important role that Frans has played in the realisation of Eneco's sustainable strategy. 

Frans van de Noort was appointed member of Eneco’s Management Board as Chief Operating Officer on 1 February 2017. Before this he was a member of the Management Board of Stedin and prior to that he held management positions at various parts of the Eneco organisation, including Eneco Solar, Bio & Hydro, Eneco Strategic Assets and Joulz B.V.

The Supervisory Board has started the selection process for a new COO.
