Edo van den Assem resigns from Supervisory Board

In light of the recent decision by the Enterprise Division of the Amsterdam Court of Appeals, Edo van den Assem, chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eneco Group NV, has decided to resign with immediate effect. Despite his resignation he will fully comply with the inquiry ordered by the Court.

Edo van den Assem (1949) was chairman of the Supervisory Board since 2012, in first instance of Eneco Holding, as of 1 February 2017 of Eneco Group.
